Definitely Doom (Prboom), it's just one of the best games ever and works very well on a mobile platform as there's autoaim by default. Been playing Final Doom's Evilution WAD since I never got around playing those of the official ones before. Only thing that would make it better is if the music was there too.

The games I regularly play:
Angry birds (plus extra levels)
Beneath a steel sky (free) on ScummVM
Free civ - one of my all time favorite games and runs nigh on perfect!
Raiden X - flash

Looking to try the PSX emulator - would love to play FFVII again one day

I was skeptical at first, but the Ur-Quan masters is really, really fun. Insanely fun.

Try a very atmospheric flash game called Little Wheel. Short but very sweet.

I think its on the Fast Games website, its the sort of game that would make a brilliant app in its own right.

Is Prboom (Doom) in extras devel??? im really hesistant to install stuff from extras devel since its not optified and wud eat up the root space..and the amount of games in extras testing are very few :-(
