MyPaint can't get updates, because mainstream require not only newer glibc (achievable, now), but also newer GTK. You may use new MyPaint via EasyDebian inside xephyr, if you don't mind irritating bug with touch location detection.

But, it is OT here - as I was told once, this thread is for pure viewing pleasure, without technical software talks, found everywhere else on TMO ;)

it could have lot more features without newer glibc and gtk.
what we do not have is someone willing to do-it.
and to fix some bugs.
