1) it depends on what you prefer. Some has rubber nibs and others has hard discs.
I have the Wacom creative with rubber nibs. The precision is not as good as on the hard disc stylis though it has the best pressure curve. You can customise the wacom creative with a plastic disc tip (diy)so it has a better precision. Read more on procreate forum.
There's no palm and random touch rejection as that interferes with the multi touch action built into procreate. I have no issues with thatwhen drawing :)
2+3) Dunno I don't have a n900 anymore.
4) I think the Note 3 can be used for serious sketching even serious drawing. It takes more time and patience, though deffo for a serious artist. I'm happy about it and mistly use it for sketching characters, colour studies and concepts :D

e: ohh the S-pen pressure sensitivity works very well in sketchbook for galaxy...
