Yeah... Really, buy a uSD card. By default the camera app will switch to store pictures/videos to the card if one is inserted. Then before getting things flashed, you can just pop the chip out, no worries.
Personally I solve this by not taking such naught pictures with my phone. (I have a much better camera for such things, with a dedicated memory card. ;) )
