I found this error report where someone from Nokia reports to be using Maemo5 10.2010.19-1. the dat e of the report was 12th May

Maybe! :) can you check app manager? Nokia System software repos is not getting updated , I've posted in several places none seems to care :(

I clicked on update and as usual it said "no update available". Nothing wrong with Nokia System software repo here.

Mine just says no updates availible to. Maybe the repo was down so they could update it but what ever they put on it hasn't been activated. Will check agin tomorrow

its true, i have the latest firmware on the n900, but when i visited the ovi store, it tells me to update the phone. i'm sure its coming in the next couple days. currently the date and time here is 5/23/10 7:49PM eastern

Google has devoted all its available resources to Android. Unfortunately for Nokia, I think they only have a handful of people working on Maemo and the majority of their resources geared towards releasing Meego. That is the only reason I feel why PR 1.2 is so late

There is the promise of the last week in May and this is the last full week of May. The day with the lowest probability of seeing it released is Friday since there will be no staff around over the weekend if things start to fail.
Thursday is more likely that Friday, but I would imagine that the earlier in the week it could be released the better for problem solve-ability.
