Open ur Fmms, go to configuration> go down and choose Havoc. :)

Dear, did u make sure of your operator settings?
List of operator settings can be found in the first page.
Once it is filled correctly, choose havoc and see.

I would say Havoc mode should be the last mode you should try in order to verify fmms working. If you're having trouble with fmms working, then use Polite mode and ensure you do not have an ongoing connection. Once that is working, Rude mode should work.

Havoc mode may depend on your operator and your account with the operator - whether they allow multiple data channels or not. This is my understanding.

when i go for rude and polite mode i m getting extra coneection sign MMS..wher sud i add setings ? att internet or mms ?

I'm not sure what you mean by "extra connection sign MMS". Can you post some screen shot?

The settings should be added in fMMS itself. Ensure you have your operator's settings for the Access Point Name, MMSC, Username, Password, etc.

I think he means to say: (when he clicks on send MMs, a selection of network appears to choose)

In this case choose MMs connection, but make sure the setting are correctly filled in.

after ur setting are done, try reboot the devise & let us know wat happened.

I've installed fmms and have problems sending/reciving mms.

When I installed fmms I got a new internett accesspoint called "MMS", and I choose this as APN-name, mmsc: http://mmsc.tele2.no/ (tele2 norway is my provider), user/pass is left blank, proxy 193.12.40.14, port 8080.

I've also tried using "Tele2 WAP" (tele2 norways mobile internett accesspoint) as APN-name.

Fmms connects to wlan when I try to send a mms - and gives me error 113 'no route to host'


I've choosen connection mode polite


Has anyone any tips/hints??

i put everything in from http://wiki.maemo.org/MMS#AT.26T_Mobility into the apn configuration, ive tried with the +1 and 1 infront of my number, and the number i was sending it to, and i tried polite rude and havoc, and i keep getting error: -2
wats the problem and how can i fix it?
