About fix of "Home" line. It is really dangerous to change this file, so Russians (who use Russian language on the device) can use my file from attachment, other-speakers (I mean your maemoOS language) have to wait when Mitrandir will able to make modifications of other locale files (other languages)
Place attached file into /usr/share/locale/ru_RU/LC_MESSAGES/
MAKE A BACKUP, 'CAUSE I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL WILL BE GOOD AFTER THIS CHANGES.

Alister, what about "active" scroll blocks? It's still blue? I gonna put it to next release.. if it will happens.

There is no problems with uninstalling this theme. Just don't do it while Diablo5 is active.

I know this is not a fix but to recover chat notification, go to /home/user/.osso/hildon_desktop/desktop.conf, and uncomment all the [Tasknavigator] section, but change X-Size-Height to a smaller size, put some value confortable to you (you will neet to click on it to get notifications). I used 4 (pixels) and using my finger nail or stylus I can get the notifications menu when some event happens. I don't know if is neccesary to edit tasknavigator.conf and set some values to true, mine is working with default values.

I know that, you told me before. :) Btw. I didn't touch the active status. I'm searching now a way to change the cursor color, copied the whole filesystem to my pc for easier handling, but I've got too a few exams on monday.

To get notifications, put the home menu in the status bar, issue as root:

cp /usr/share/applications/hildon-navigator/switcher-menu.desktop /usr/share/applications/hildon-status-bar/

thanks to the developers for this beutiful theme.

Can you please change the home menu icon to somthing that goes well with the rest in the status bar ?

Hi folks,

If you are using "English (USA)" locale, you can use attached file to remove "Home" label from your desktop. Gunzip it and copy to /usr/share/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES/
PLEASE BACKUP ORIGINAL FILE

After this, reboot your tablet

I will try some portable way to do it automatically

I got something to report:

I installed the theme, applied, restarted, and then the application button wasn't available anymore. I had to launch the browser from a shortcut and navigate to install a random app, which invoked the app manager, which I used to un-install the theme, then rebooted and everything was fixed.

I disabled Advanced Backlight Control, installed, etc and it all went fine this time. Enabled ABC again and still fine.
