Yes, that'd be great... Been too long since the last version. ALso, why does the arrow's second menu not go away unless you click the arrow again? On other themes I have noticed it closes the menu on any other click.

Is it possible to edit the colors of links in the RSS feed reader? Dark blue on black is hard to read. It's like that for most programs, but I know that it's also theme defined... But is it possible to force the rss reader to read a different file?

I sent all files to Mitrandir 2 months ago and...
Now he has the n900 and new project on his job so if he have any free time he spend it playing with new toy... But good news, I am leaving USA to Russia this week so I will able to work on my PC and push Mitrandir to build a package OR I will able to learn how to build it by myself. |

Heh, last several weeks i have free time only when i'm riding the bus between my home and my office :( When i was actively developing telescope, i was doing it mostly at my work time (not good, i know, but produces good results ;)). I rarely can spend the time at evenings because i'm trying to dedicate much time to my family.
So, don't angry on me too much :) Kroll, if you can collect all the small parts you have sent to me into one final archive with all updated files of diablo5, it would be great and can speed up things :) |

5) Email notifications
With the removal of the side bar notification of email, etc is missing. Temporary work-around: To get notifications, put the home menu in the status bar, issue as root: cp /usr/share/applications/hildon-navigator/switcher-menu.desktop /usr/share/applications/hildon-status-bar/ I tried this but I keep getting denied access. Does anyone know another way to get email and chat notifications? |

P.S. Right now I am preparing the package of Diablo v. 0.8. It is not a VERY big improvement because Mitrandir stopped working with increasing quantity of statusbar applets. I hope it will be available to download in a few days. |

These debs must be installed from command line as root, like this: Code:
dpkg -i libhildondesktop0_2.0.18-1fix1mtr_armel.deb libhildonwm0_2.0.18-1fix1mtr_armel.deb hildon-desktop_2.0.18-1fix1mtr_armel.debKroll, from the logs you have sent it seems that you typed paths to debs incorrectly silvermountain, the more beta testers we have, the faster it will become stable ;) I forgot to mention very important thing: in order to get more applets in statusbar you will need to tweak you theme config file too (theme.xml). Of course, i can help with this if you will give me the name of your favorite theme. |

Does anybody know how to change Skype chat text color? It use a config which is looks like themename/gtk-2.0/gtkrc and there is a line which set this color to DefaultTextColor. But there is no line which set this DefaultTextColor (I mean something like "DefaultTextColor = "#ffffff"")
This problem is the same as problem with built-in chat app, but in last one we can change color in settings but in skype we can't. |

Ok just updated to 0.8.1.... Issue 1: the desktop Menu button in the stauts bar (little blue flower) is pushed off the left side of screen - only half shows. Issue 2: how does the telescope launcher work? Clicking the icon in the status bar (6 blue squares) does not seem to do anything - I see the telescope launcher /organize selection in the <Control Panel>Panels... Thanks M |

Hi.
Iīm using it since v0.6 and i updated yesterday. In addition I installed Mitrandirīs compiled hildon-desktop and his applet-count package. Well, what shall I say to this? It works great! :) I want to thank Kroll and Mitrandir for their great work. Diablo 5 theme and Telescope make my N800 look great and much more functional! By the way I can understand what Snoshrk means with Issue 1. See attachment. :cool: The 3rd part of the picture is what i made to it (see my desktop screenshot). But I canīt confirm Issue 2. And I have a question. I first installed your theme and then Mitrandirīs patches. Is this the right way? Because I had to change the size of the status bar ( 7, 9 or 10 icons) manually by copying the png pictures and theme.xml. Or can i change it somewhere within an application? Your next step (maemo 5 icons) sounds good. Iīm using Windows 7 icons in my system but it takes very long to edit all those *.desktop files. :( Iīm looking forward to your next version. :D So long! Hey! Thanks for report. The easiest way is to change theme to Echo (or another one), remove Diablo5, reboot, make sure you have Mitrandir's patches installed, install Diablo5 (it will ask you how many applets do you want), chose it in themes menu and reboot. You will not lost any data and it should take just about 8 minutes. So what I want to ask you: What is Diablo 5 0.8 new icon for desktop menu in your attachment? You did it? I had the same idea, but I screwed up and decided to make this three-dots icon instead of blue bar. Your one looks definitely better than mine. As I said a few posts ago Quote:
