Simply create a file called applications.directory in the directory /usr/share/applications/hildon by copying one of the other *.directory files and edit the applications.directory and set the name to "More" or "Others" or something you like better.

Btw. for me - there is no "menu bug" - just the missing applications.directory which needs to be created, thats it.

I have new PR 1.2 and I cant have signature on more than 1 line!!!! Is it really serious bug or only my problem????? try it please

I can save signature on more lines but when I create new message it is in one line..

After 1.2 update :

1. when there are 2 or more contacts with identical telephone numbers in it, when u receive a call from this number, telephone shows unregoznized number, as u didnt have store this contact at all. just delete all except one contact file

2. my home desktop "freeze" in random periods and there is no responsne when I click over the icons. Only Done button and Menu button works. I restarted the phone more then 10 times till now.

it is awful !!!

please help me for the second problem. 10x in advance

Tried reflashing, what apps u got installed any devel/testing? Haven't experienced any of those issues.

what I don't understand is why so many people are reporting bugs, yet hardly anyone that installed the leaked PR 1.2 reported any
or am I just being cynical and suspicious?

i have flashed my n900 with nokia's released PR1.2 and have these problems:
"My Nokia" in settings won't oppen and always crash
Internet browser too slow
Media player doesnt work properly after calls
A lot of applications crashes while multitasking specially the contacts application

Recommended, no. Don't think it will hurt, though, if you keep to the correct syntax. Remember, running a terminal as root is the best way to nuke everything by missing a letter.

Not sure what you expect though. I don't think you have any apps to update. Can you point out an app that has a lower version than the latest? Do a cross-check with maemo.org/packages or what's it called.
