Well considering what (quick scan on google) 40million+ iphones have been sold (f**K thats more sales than the c64 !!!) to what 150k N900's what is you are actually saying ???

maybe it cos they are popular do you think ?

I have *never* had a single crash on my iphone since i bought it 5 months ago, and it is used HEAVILY 7 days a week.

Run "top" in terminal, or install and run "htop", it will show you what is chewing the CPU in the background. The feedservice2 replaces feedservice for RSS feed reader, it doesn't use much CPU and hardly active at all.

Note that right after the update, it may regenerate tracker cache (just guessing here) and if you have a lot of picture, music and movie files then that may be the cause also. Wait a bit to see if the load comes down, I'd say wait for an hour and then shutdown and power up your phone.

Prior to the update, did the backup app back up your data to an SD card?

As for the widget customization, when you move widgets on your desktop, they don't stay? I just installed a twitter widget and i've been moving it around

well i just logged in yahoo,hotmail and then on conversations i click New IM button ( which is besides New SMS ) and it says No Contact ( from Select list)

Previously i used to see all contacts ( offlne/online) and i used to message or send them an offline mesage if they were not online accordingly. Now it just says No contacts !
Take the status bar and select the "Availability" and check if you have logged in and make have your yahoo status online. Then open the Contacts application and scroll through the contact in which has the yahoo im setup. Only contact with yahoo email/im setup will show up with option to chat, and they are the only ones that will show up when you use the New IM in Conversation.

my only problem with pr.1.2 is extra dev update is not responding. I have to disable it for now.

re-install the extra dev didnt help.

other small problem were

1. Time zone out of sync. It went with wrong time zone. Didn't notice it until I missed my appointment. :( Time shows correctly after update, but alarm came up few hours late because appointment entry was saved in original time zone.

2. All of my Angry Birds score were gone including the extra level.

Yep, but after the update, i've got error that there was an error that has occurred and that's micro sd is in read mode only ! (cf screenshots)

They stay normally, but the issue is when you try to validate changes, when you tape on "done" nothing happens, you've to tape on the up left corner twice then on the upright corner to make it work. i'll try to reproduced by the night with a video demo.

Oh. I didn't know it could backup to SD card. I have none so I never bothered. I'm pretty sure other people backup to SD card so there's should be a workaround

They didn't fix the desktop problem, which freezes and becomes unusable.

I cannot find Mussorgsky(app to edit music metatags and album art) since i have updated to Pr1.2..anyone else have come across this? i cannot find it in any repository..plz help
