But then it will compromise the very purpose of the App right????

if someone unistalls it then the data will no longer be secured until you install the App again and import all your data...

till the time we install the App all the data will be open to everyone??

what do you think????

Another thing along the same lines I was thinking about... When starting the app, before the password is entered, you have the option to delete the entire database (without entering your password).

No, data is protected by same password either application is unistalled. One application is installed again, user must enter the valid password or remove db. Previous data will only be accesible with a valid password.

Yes, I added this option for people who testes application and they wanted to change password before this funtionality was available.

if people think this has to be removed, or ask for a password, I will added in next version.

Thats good. But dont you think setting a password when uninstalling will be a good thing???

So no one other than the user will not be able to screw with your Software/App(Total power and security to the user)

I think it must be done on maemo level, and I don't know if it can be done.

I will do some research.
