I got the same problem. and have tried to uninstalle all the apps .. any know a way to fix it ?

I also uninstalled a shitload of apps, not all. But randome ones that was bigger than 1 mb. This fixed it for me, so im now updating using OTA :)

Took me a good 10 min of uninstalling.. But still. it worked.

I solved my problem this way too ! Uninstall almost everything, restart 3 times and voala ...

If you guys read around you will see that it should be enough to disable some repos as, for instance, extras-devel...

^ disabling them gave me around 6mb but not enough. Got to around 52mb and it's still not enough. Will try some uninstalling...

I uninstalled following programs and it worked, updated over the air.
bounce, firefox, battle gweld, candle, coin toss, mplayer, kmplayer, qtirreco, solarwolf, xchat irc client, teeworlds, rockdodger, tecnoballz, almostti graphing calc emulator.
apt-get clean and autoremove. Around 57mb on rootfs and it worked.
