If the nerds would be more welcoming to the mainstream users and help new members with phone problems instead of telling them to get a new phone, I would be ready to bet that sales of the N900 would go up and Nokia would invest more money into it.

the amount of ppl who come here is like a little spec of dust in the universe when compared against nokia.
no matter how nice or unfriendly on here people are it would have no direct impact on nokia sales when they think in 100's of thousands and millions not a few hundred which is probably the number of people who visit here without actually having a Maemo device, so come back when your reasoning is as good as your trolling

Selling my phone means that the person who bought it doesn't make another sale from the company.

I'll also tell my friends that the N900 is not for them and will change minds along the way :)
