These project is not dead. There is not much activity lately, because I am buried in paid jobs and don't have much time to work on other stuff.
You should hear some good news in near future, though. :-)

This goes to Smuku. Why don't you work instead on porting andriod to the n810/n800. Mer is going to suck! Just as Ubuntu does. Too bloated.

This project has very little to do with Mer. In case you didn't notice, the N810/N800 died a long time ago. Now, please stop spamming your ******** in threads that people eagerly wait for news from.

What you see is GNOME Power Manager working as a Hildon Status Menu plug-in. :-)

I decided to not reinvent the wheel and just modify GPM to use Hildon Desktop Status Area instead of FreeDesktop Notification Area. So, we will have full-blown GNOME power management in Cordia.
