how can i add packages of internet radio to mplayer

i have more than 100 internet radio links and i want to add it to mplyer there is any way to do that (like greekradio) or any thing i can edit it

i have alot of it but first i need the way to add it by one or more step not adding it one by one

Has anyone managed to do that? could you please give some guidelines? any hints how to do it using QT if possible?
