New Release uploaded to extras-devel - 0.9.10

This release bring a few new features but a major "internal" cleanup.

The new features:

• Integration with qgvdial to places google voice calls.
• Call routing window now show "account" names and has some extra options
• The package now includes a script that will start mycontacts automatically every time the phone is rebooted.

MyContacts as now can initiate google voice calls 3 different ways: using TOR (telepathy), using qgvdial and calling your google voice number and sending the DTMF tones for you.


IMPORTANT: Make sure to review your "call routing settings" after installing this update

nice work dude.... one thing i need to confirm is the group ringtone funtionable? i open the folder but dun see any files. what format its supported?

Yes. It is functional but it only accepts wav files. This is actually a phone constraint... if you want/need more information about we have plenty of other posts on this thread about the same subject.

Some minor changes on this release. Mainly the way you use MyContacts to select a phone number for FastSMS has been improved: now when trying to select a phone number for a contact with more than one phone number you will be able to pick which phone number you want.

when swiping through the 4 home screens, if i touch the 5 group buttons it changes the group, when i dont want it to,
apart from that im very happy that it is on my desktop after booting phone, would be nice if i didnt have to exit the main app after booting, but app is very nice now!

I still have to find a fix for the group issue... The only one I found would delay switching groups and I did not like it. I will revisit the issue.

I also will add to my list to not show the "main window" when restarting the phone.

MyContacts stopped handling ringtone for incoming call again. Same error: "(CRT) Ring tone was changed. File is probably busy righ now.... not managing ring tone anymore".

This time I am sure I have not done any changes for profile ringtones. What can be the reason for that behavior?

PS. Restart solves it.

This exact message is only generated in one place and supposedly only when detects that the "ring tone" changed for the "current profile".

Would you mind sending me (PM) the log that contains this message?

On the next release I will include some more "debug" information about the "ring tone" being changed so we can track it down.

I am sorry, but I just updated to last version of MyContacts and log with the error is gone....If it happen again I will copy the log and send it to you.
