getting python-opencv to work?
Hi all!
I am currently trying to get opencv-python to work on n900. The packages for 2.0.0-4 version are available from http://maemo.org/packages/view/python-opencv/ and I installed them with apt-get. However, my python cannot import the cv library. I know that there is a "bug" related to this when installing opencv to ubuntu. To get python working the opencv installation needs to be added to pythonpath. My problem is, that I cannot seem to find the cv.so anywhere. Am I doing something wrong here (= there is some other case with n900 and python)? Thanks in advance! |

So.. I think we're trying the same; in my n900 libcv.so.4 (and others) are in /usr/lib/
