Lord, App Manager is so slow. 3 mins to scan and load available updates.

Hm, I went to the bbc football website, and a flash video which is normally always available in microb had a msg saying 'incorrect version of flash'.

Anyone else having same issue?

This version seems very very fast - microB fast!

noticed you can now click and hold a link to open in new tab. great when the KB is closed.

Well beta or not, it's looking like a beatdown to MicroB! It's faster, the UI is better ans the addons are great!

Nice job!

Re: Firefox 1.1 is out

The strange part is that if I run "fennec" from xterm it works, but if I run it from the app menu it doesn't.

Screen turns black for a moment and then it goes back to my desktop. I deleted ~/.mozilla/fennec/ before installing. Maybe I need to reboot? hmm..

OK, after a reboot now Firefox/Fennec starts up normally. :)

Looks a bit faster then 1.0 and 1.1Beta, but not as fast as MicroB or even Opera.
I love FF, it's my default browser on bot Mac and Linux (as well as Win at work), and FF Sync is a killer plugin, but on N900 looks a bit too slow for me.

portrait mode! it now works in portrait but it seems to do so even with the keyboard open.

Is this really new? I think I've had 1.1 some time already and I stil find it inferior to microB (slower and more limited flash capabilities).
