Why can't it be legal since you're not selling the products to make money. You're doing this for fun and personal use. You can put it here for download rather than at Ovi store. Just like all the emulators out there that allow you to play old classic console games. They're illegal to use but its illegality is up to the users, not the one who put them up.

Back in topic, i wanna thanks all Instinctiv team for this app and their hard work, i know for sure that i will become a amazing player in a short time. Also i want to know if there's an official TO-DO list, just curious if you are considering implement an equalizer. is a must for me (have symfonie installed only for this feature)

And sending a bug: i have the first album of Justice in MP3, wich album name is tagged as † (ALT+0134 i think). The songs are recogniced for the player when i choose sort by tracks or artist, but when i go to album list, album appears (even the little blue circle shows a 13 for the number of tracks) but there's no one song. i click and it shows nothing. Weird :confused:

If I can get smoother scrolling, choice of album art, less cpu usage and lag it would be my primary player. Im looking forward to the improvements in the future

How about embedded synchronyzed lyrics? I save mine in ID3v2. Most of my songs have them. It'd be great. No legal implications for you.

I promise smoother scrolling, less cpu usage and lag :). Choice of album art may be off boarded to the desktop player but we have made a final decision yet.

We can definitely do that. However, most people don't have lyrics in their id3 tags though so we're going to have to figure something out for the rest of us as well... this wouldn't be a bad first step though :)

There's still a weird crasher. We're trying to get to the bottom of it. Hopefully tomorrow. On the plus side a large number of other crashers have been quashed.
