Schism / Impulse Tracker for the N900?
 

Hi all - I've seen some requests and notes about a port of Schism Tracker or Impulse Tracker for Maemo 5, but currently they met a dead-end (in one of them, MilkyTracker was mentioned, though it appears that its very buggy and probably incomplete).
In addition, I've seen a thread about MOD support to the built-in media player, but my goal is not to LISTEN to MOD files, but to MAKE them - which could be quite nice :)

My question is, is it possible to make a port of Schism Tracker to the N900? It IS an open source project after all...

It doesn't look like it should be too much trouble to port, it seems to be using a text mode interface.

Keep asking someone should be able to do that fairly easily (hopefully).

Well I hope so - it could be very nice to have a mobile MOD Tracker :)

would it be possible just to port the pandora version of Milkytracker as we have had a few pandora apps ported to N900? http://dl.openhandhelds.org/cgi-bin/...?0,0,0,0,6,102
