does anyone know the weblink to the touch or tablet friendly gmail, this is not ipad gmail for N900 as i dont want that.

i had this really friendly link a few weeks ago but lost it

any ideas

You can also change your user agent to iPad's or iPhone's ;)

@buurmas but your link is mobile gmail, this not the same as what im looking for, nor is basic html, it was a chunky button version of gmail, very slick

as i mentioned, not the ipad or iphone version, dont want to change the agent, this disabled ovi store, its just a pain

is the iphone the double pane one now, it works but not that well on n900

eactly, its all about speed and ease of use, ipad version is nice but slow and you have to mess with user agents

I added Gmail "Chunky" to the wiki page. ;) Anyone should feel free to add to this page, BTW.

As an aside, I personally dislike the User Agent approach. The chances that I'll like ALL the iPod versions of web sites (for example) are very slim. So that means I'm switching the User Agent repeatedly, which seems silly. Having a URL is far preferable to me, b/c then I can decide.

Yeah completely agree with you on the whole user agent switching thing, if someone could make it so you can pick an agent easily from a list then fine but for now its a pain.
