Even in the UK you can buy it for $370 with Nokia's standard warranty. I can understand your anger but you need to get over it.

Does that warranty apply to europe as well?

I understand his point. 3 years warranty even for water and everything is great - tho I'm looking for a phone at around 350 bucks.
