can u xplain ur usage in these 36hrs..like phonecalls,music,videos,sms,wifi etc...

it'll give us a clear cut idea

It won't make a huge difference, but rather minimal. I also use the lock key often as it helps a lot!

You consuider 36 hours impressive? I thought its nothing compared to 4 days.

1) Everyday I make and receive calls 20-30 minutes, in minor cases it reaches 40 minutes
2) Listen to music for almost an hour
3) Surf internet using GPRS for almost 15-20 minutes
4) Sometimes use GPS.

I've noticed, net surfing is something which not only drain the battery faster, but it also produces enough heat, that i can feel, despite the fact that the CPU is on stock speed

i got 20hrs with the following usage
2hrs video
1.30 hrs calling
25mins music
15mis playn with it

wat do u think about my battery time?

Again, can anybody cite long battery usage ( > 12hours) while using IM or VoIP availability services?

You wont get 12 hours with IM on 3g. On wifi and gprs/edge it's possible.

No way, i've tested it with no widget, only 3G connection with IM, my phone won't last 8 hrs, maybe less.

Maybe pidgin have better result, but there's no skype.

only while charging. otherwise no

edit: i think it is re calibrating thats the only expanation i can think of
