@dwaradzyn:

Can there be an option to double the size of the text in the maps? I ask this as it is available in maep and is the only show stopper for me from switching to CloudGPS (I'm old, text is too small at the moment).

Still, it's an impressive piece of software, keep up the good work!

how to change the color of the line ..?

blue color hides the names of streets

a lighter color would help

Try pressing shift + tap on zoom-out icon. It will zoom out a little bit and the result should be very close to pixel-doubling in maep. Instead of 2x zoom, you will get 1.999x zoom :)

There is no configuration entry for this one. But you can edit /opt/cloudgps/res/road.png and change the color/transparency.

Is it just me, or is 0.6.5 not working properly?
I really like the video and the functions in 0.5.5 or 0.5.7 but i cant install due to missing dependies. Can someone give a hint on how to install? Or on making 0.6.5 working... because there is no GPS working in 0.6.5 for me...

it's not only you.. I thought I was going mad.. in previous version when opening CloudGPS the GPS would immediately start scanning, but not now.. strange.. It's the best map application though! :) hope it gets fixed

@schokopudding and @napaDokc,

Did you read this thread at all? or you just land here and post without first reading?

Check here: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=514

and/or here: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=472

Basically, version 0.6.5 uses libqtm-11 which is not in the default library path, so you either change the command to run cloudgps or add the path to /etc/ld.so.conf so that you don't need to change anything.
