The bird IS a worthy investment. It basically DOUBLES the replay value of the game. They only marketed it wrong. They made it appear as a handicap to help you solve hard levels.

In reality, it provides a new puzzle for you to solve on EVERY level. On some levels (such as the first few), its easy to achieve 100% demolition and earn a feather. But later levels involve using some regular birds first to reach some far-away blocks, before calling in the big eagle. I've heard of many levels where people are stuck at 96-99%. Achieving a feather in every level will be a difficult task.

And the 1/hr rule only applies to levels you haven't beaten yet. Once you beat a level with the normal birds, you're free to use the eagle as much as you want to earn your feather.

I definitely will be buying the Might Eagle for a mere buck once its ported to the Droid.

I agree completely. While not nearly as fun as playing the normal way I AM going back and getting my feather in the previous levels. And it IS quite tough on some levels. For comparison, I played back through poached eggs and I've accomplished 57 of the 63 feathers.

And I was happy to find out that the golden eagle is not figured into regular scores and has a completely different ranking system. I don't know I guess I'm enjoying it enough. Worth an extra buck in my opinion.

I guess my thought here is more so to move the seasons scores to a new tab because, a- It's not available to all players and b- Now that there are more levels on the original AB we now have to scroll past all the seasons levels to get to the ham em high levels. Seems to make more sense to have 12 come right after 11.

Thoughts Diggi?

It is rather tough to have me convinced. :) I'll give it a try.

What about a new tab until ham em high is complete and available to every system? As soon as it is available to everyone, -I think- it should be added to the total of AB; simply because it is a part of total AB..

Anyways, I hope a score list will be made soon as currently I have got no reference. Although I am nr 25 in total, I am sure I left quite some points on some levels.

I played two levels with the mighty eagle and I must admit: HE IS IMPRESSIVE, FUN, GREAT, AWESOME. You were right, this is another competition in the same game. Just a pity that it is gonna cost me a lot of hours to play all the levels again..

Found out something interesting with the http://angrybirds-score.com website.

If you click Duel, and then Golden Duel, it will pit your scores versus the highest current score ever entered on that site. If any of your scores match the Golden User, then its safe to say that you own the record. I took this a step further, and found out that if you then change your high score to a lower number (I used 1) then you can see the runner-up for that level, to find out how much a margin you currently have in the lead.

Just something interesting to note. I still say the site should program a leaderboard function.

Yeah I only thought you wanted a new tab for Seasons becuase you disliked (as I did) scrolling all the way down to the bottom to compare/enter scores for the new day. But becuase Seasons is now over that wont be happening as often which is why I argued against it. But you are right, that Ham 'Em High should not be under Halloween/Seasons. It's not hard to move the Halloween/Seasons scores down a number of rows to fit World 12 directly under World 11 where it belongs. I'll work on this later on (if no one else steps up to the plate in the meantime).
