It doesn't have anything besides 10.2010.19-1 :(
I flashed the global firmware, if that helps. there's the screenshot (i erased MAC addresses + IMEI) I also attached my preinit BEFORE running any M32GB scripts (changed file extension from nothing to .doc so I can upload it) |

And here is the preinit after running M32GBboot.sh, along with a screenshot of x-term
Seems like they're the same file, i.e. the script did not touch it as it doesn't see it as a PR1.2 preinit. |
Re: [Announce] Maemo5 running 32GB eMMC root FS (scripts)
OK, I found the problem - kernel-power changes /sbin/preinit in a way which is NOT compatible
I will do a second checksum check and upload and write here. Wait 1h our so. |
Re: [Announce] Maemo5 running 32GB eMMC root FS (scripts)

Here is a new set of scripts and it has newest M32GBboot.sh and it should take into account the kernel-power checksum.
I will fix a removal issue in more intelligent way later. EDIT: It is safe. |
Re: [Announce] Maemo5 running 32GB eMMC root FS (scripts)
It created a bootmenu.sh :) going to test swapon/swapoff now.
Really appreciate you fixing it so quickly, thanks! |

But overall work volume is small - just fix configuration in right way ;) and build kernel. |

Have no choice with that, lol
Wait I shall |
Re: [Announce] Maemo5 running 32GB eMMC root FS (scripts)
sadly this isn't working for me. I used boot scripts, but there is no dualboot. if i boot up my device with open keyboard the default system is booted. What can i do to get this working with my N900?
Besides this, could this script be used to get something like this: http://wiki.maemo.org/Booting_from_a_flash_card I often run out of rootfs and want to improve the speed an battery life by using an external micro sd flash card. |
