They did that for me when I was trying to download SMM9 for Europe.

They´re rather easy to deal with. You´ve just got to realize that all of their support is in Eastern Europe and only runs during business hours over there.

Well it isn't our fault.... They provided good product update but really really messed up the release. Too bad paying customers have to download their product through illegal channels...

Glad it worked out for you.

And about complaining; they used the free upgrade as selling argument when MM9 came out (which was exactly same kind of disaster) and now they can't deliver the upgrade... I think it's enough to complain about.

And in my case they screwed my before also; I had been a tester before the MM9 came out and all testers were rewarded with 50 percent discount coupong which was only walid for a month. Too bad it took almost three monts when MM9 finally came available and the sicount coupong was useless. I mailed them and waited for answer. After three weeks I got bored and bought it with full price. Couple days later they responded and told my coupong was re-activated... ofcource I didn't get refund when I told I alredy bought it with full price (they said it was technically impossible... yeah right).

Didn't get that kind of e-mail and when I try to download it says my link expired (the 5 times limit) already.

oh wow... download started and stopped after 15mb... and back to exceeded download limit even thought I loaded download link once... this is epic

edit: perhaps download accelerator plus is the problem. It tries to make 10 connection for each file... yay...
