I guess there will be teething problems, not only for Nokia but also for developers new to Ovi Store.

The point is Nokia have eliminated any charges for signing of (Symbian) applications, removed any restrictions which meant you needed to be a registered company rather than an individual and they have provided services such as remote compile and remote access to devices which should help lower the barrier to developers that are considering deploying via Ovi Store.

Note the use of the word "should", however. :)
