Maybe no one has tested it yet, bbut on 1.3 we finnaly have full ovi suite support. you can now send and receive sms text on PC

That's indeed a wonderfull improvement on the situation. What happens to those of use who do not use Windows though?

Where's all that "qt" thing that makes apps really portable?

I went to GITEX expo in Dubai today
I don't know about you guys but its something huge over here
anyways there was a huge booth for the OVI store
ofcourse the first thing i said was " i want to file a complain! "
so they sent me to the big guy there
i didnt know who is he or anything but he seemed something big
so i started rumbling about the n900 and how nokia forgot us and mentioned the pr1.3 and how the n900 *greatest phone ever* wasnt given its justice
and MEEGO!
his reply was pr1.3 is coming sooner than we think!
as for meego it will come later this year
he clamed the meego is at a very stable state
but hey thank god my laptop was with me and i flashed meego and booted it
*it was far away from being stable* as i showed him
they tried directing me to fourm.nokia.com
i was far away from being interested honestly

i dont know weather this info is useful or not but i though i should share it

for N900's sake i hope pr1.3 would come soon and meego would be th best OS ever!

That would apply if Ovi Suite was programmed with QT.. which it isn't (sadly).

I loved my N900 at first and then hate it and then I loved it again, anyways am not geek or a developer but I love phones with great abilities.

Things that I wish for in my N900 tablest...

1. Folder option for the main menu
2. Front camera should be available for capturing photos and rec videos
3. Webcam chat with back camera
4. Potrait mode for the main menu
5. Auto answer machine app
6. Ovi store with more apps and games like bounce and angry bird ( I ove qt apps they are awesome )
7. Potrait pdf reader
8. speed voice dail
9. MMS
( I really need it, how can you miss something like that. Dont say you already have email or social networks to share. I JUST NEED IT FOR NO REASON )
10. Spell checker
11. Potrait Media Player with more features like ( equilizer )
