ok i searched in MyDocs and found a weird file named fsck0000.rec
i tried to google it but there are only some confusing informations about that.
so can i erease that file or what?

It's a normal remnant of the file check you did on your vfat partition. It contains the data that the file checking algorithm found corrupted. You might look at it with an hex viewer, and - if you find it's still readable as it might contain ascii text - you could restore your data at least partially. Otherwise you can safely erase it.
