Page Up/Down command history in Xterm [Solved]

Hi,

Is there a way to have command history in xterm. I have bash3 setup and the following

Code:

user@MaemoBox:~$ cat ~/.inputrc

set input-meta on

set output-meta on

"\e[5~":history-search-backward

"\e[6~":history-search-forward

But PageUp/Down doesnt work. Any ideas?

Problem solved. Looks like user was not picking up bash shell even though i had run bash-setup. After changing the shell /etc/passwd, it works now.
