Have either of you tried to run cutetube2 from terminal to see if youtube is trying to force SSL on the vids you're trying to watch, which isn't supported by cutetube2? Sadly, I've been having this problem on an increasing number of videos -- thanks Google/YouTube. (GooTube? No, that sounds wrong.)

As far as local videos, there are some posts higher up in this thread about setting the directory on the local videos plugin. IIRC, on my N900 I found cutetube2 was able to locate my videos if I put the MyDocs/ directory in the local videos plugin settings, rather than the MyDocs/cutetube2/ subdirectory. I'm typing this from memory, so you should read back a few pages to get a more precise answer.

Also not working with that , in teminal the error is : can't connect to the destination

Have you investigated this any further? I think I'd start by assuming that that error means exactly what it says it means and troubleshoot from there.

Audio converter grayed out. Any idea how to activate it?

Also have the same problem. I like to download songs from video sites, but have no use whatsoever for the video.

You need to install ffmepg for convert to work.
