I am trying to clarify your problem. Can you confirm that every app you try to run does not work. In other words, none of your apps work?

And for future reference, just writing "what????????" is not a polite way to converse if you are seeking help.

Description of the problem
When it happens
What you do before/during etc? (So we can try and find patterns)
What your system setup is? (Firmware version etc)
What application(s)? (Which repository are they from? Extras, testing, devel etc)

The more information you give, the more chance people here have to help you :)
(And i agree, what?????? isn't a great response!!)

Please clarify so we can help! Your original post is like saying "There is a problem with my phone". We need details in order to assist you. Also,

When did they stop working?
Have you upgraded or installed anything?

can you try launching programs in x-terminal ? and see what error is reported ?
