there are others threads that points to boot into other operating systems, but I think that its better chrooted, with this you can have maemo and your linux distro capabilities at the same time

Thanks! Dl' in right now
I only removed the ubuntu image and ubuntu folder from previous installation, that should be enough right?

btw you include the script to search the image in SDcard or /home/user? I think it's better that way because some prefer storing it in mmc. thx again.

also it's very important to do this
Code:

sudo rm /usr/bin/ubuntu-lxde
Yes now the scripts automatically recognizes the img in MyDocs or in the SDcard

Re: [TUTORIAL-WIP] Ubuntu, Fedora and Archlinux using Easy-Chroot

When I run fedora-XFCE it doesn't boot.

Click chroot its ok. But not xfce.

Do I need to yum install xfce4?

?

Re: [TUTORIAL-WIP] Ubuntu, Fedora and Archlinux using Easy-Chroot

If you downloaded the new fedora.img.ext2 you don't need to install xfce4

do this:
Code:

sudo fedora
xephwm5

post the result please

xephwm5 command not found.

I'm going to redownload it now. The version I have is from when you originally started this thread. Same name. Should be the same version. Either way. Redownloading :)
