btw, so the fedora image is also updated?
Or can i use the old one?
The dl speed is terrible..

the image of ubuntu updated its on first page, you need to download the new fedora image

btw i what's the size of the fedora image?
I'm downloading it but it passes the 218 MB mark..
It says : "Unknown time 291 of 218MB remaining"
don't think i've ever seen this before 0_0..

it's 316 MB now..

I'm confused, is there a new fedora image apart fromb the one that kept failing during decompression? the one on the first page right? thanks if so I will try it...

So what should I remove from my device to reinstall ubuntu back from scratch? I did uninstall the ubuntu-N900.deb and removed /home/user/.ubuntu is there anything else?

@extendedping: the first page has all the updates, once again if you are having problems to ncompress the file please do it in your computer and then copy the file to MyDocs or to sdcard

@ammyy: if you installed previous versions please do this:

sudo rm /usr/bin/ubuntu-lxde
sudo rm /usr/share/applications/hildon/ubuntu.desktop

there is no need to remove the /.ubuntu folder altought the scripts will create a new one if you delete it so it's not really a problem
