Would someone help to put it in simple English or Steve Jobs style?

So, basically;
We should not use our phones for x-hours/day?
Using it x-hours/day is equivalent to 1 can of beer's harm?

Sorry, I'm more of a marketing guy...so it's hard to make any meaning of these numbers.

Don't worry. Just use ur phone. There is no scientific proof that the EM radation emitted by the phone, either GSM or wifi, is in any way dangerous to your body. We have mobile phones for 20years now, I ld expect a tremendous increase in at least some brain cancer types by now. Just look out for how many people you can find having ear cancer, that should give u a good hint.

So this states that smartphone = sunlight? Since they both emit heat and radiation?
Would that also mean n900 = Vitamin D? :D

Sorry I'm no pharmacist or chemist or some genetic guru, don't know any of those.

Both the sun and the phone emit heat and radiation, but the frequencies and the heat are quite different and the processes are fundamentally different.
Your body needs a certain UV radiation incident on ur skin to generate Vitamin D. The phone does not emit EM radiation anyway near UV.
Your body also emits EM radiation (mostly IR) and dissipates heat, but we do not have 5billion suns walking around on earth!

i don't remember exactly battery mAh level

BL5j 1320 mAh 3.7V ( from battery label )

so we have 1.32 Ah x 3.7 V x 3600 s = 17582.4 J ~17.6 kJ
you find 32 kJ in Mugen battery

if all bl5j battery energy will transfer to your body and suppose you have 70 kg it will heat with 0.06 ° Celsius but 2.8 ° if all energy transferred to your brain only.
fortunately battery stored energy heat the n900 itself.
absorbed energy by brain depend by many factors hard to estimate and research take into consideration rf radiated energy only.
even death or cancer statistics are inconclusive for example on largest phone cell population ( china ) to have significant figures

Hm, isn't Watts = Amps * Volts ?

anyone thinking that this is 100% safe technology should see what world experts had to say on the subject to the US Senate Subcommittee on health

cellphones and cancer health risks

Several studies have shown men who use cell phones have decreased sperm concentration, slower sperm, and damaged sperm, compared to guys who don’t use cell phones. In general, men who use cell phones the most are at the greatest risk.

How long has China been the largest? I don't know about you, but I've been using a mobile phone for well over a decade, and I'm pretty sure the majority of people in China who own a cellphone now did not own one ten years ago.

So Western users may have been cooking for longer... ;)
