Zim is unbelievably useful application, at first I thought I would never use it but once I started using it its addictive. It may have more functions than what you need but I am sure not less than that. Try it its a desktop wiki application, you can write date based articles/diary as well as categorized articles.

Ok so here is the thing:

I'm driving to my workplaces parking hall every morning and I arrive there approximately from 7 to 8 AM. The problem is that you have to make a phonecall to a specified phonenumber to open the parking hall gate.

Is there any application(s) that can be run scheduled (to save battery) and runs a task (in this case a phonecall) in POI?

I would really appreciate the answer!

Never heard of ZIm before. You learn something new everyday. Thanks joseph. I tried it, works well, but I need a password protection feature.
