Set Raduis and Radius_More to 3 or Higher.The desaturate effect happens as a replacement for the de-focus.

Guys have you got a custom transition set from somewhere else?

Like a theme (black plastic, M4riNa) or app like maemodder or Theme Customizer?

yeah...
I have theme customizer set to:

1. use theme's wallpaper
2. nokia sans font & default size
3. Use custom(fast) window transitions

does this affect?

That's it mate, you're using black plastic transitions via theme customizer, remove that setting and you should be good,

what would be the transitions.ini settings for us to make it look exactly like what you have in your screen shots? the first post i mean.
