very easy, you shouldn't install *dbg version if you don't know for what it used
d-iivil: all psx bios have constant size (ps read pm)

Okay... I tried with three other bioses with no luck. The results are still the same: psx4m segfaults but pcsx works with Tekken 3.

d-iivil: main problem that i have 2 rips of Tekken 3 (with removed video, size 43mb, and full with russian translation) and they doesn't cause segfaults...

I have also two Tekken 3 images; one I made myself from original and then one .iso I grabbed from the internet. The grabbed one won't work in pcsx or psx4m at all.

Are the ones you have PAL or NTSC versions?

Found the stripped image and it indeed works with psx4m :) Don't know what's wrong with the original image I created.

Anyways, with psx4m Tekken 3 is hardly playable (I've tried various combinations of frameskip and cyclemulti) in terms of speed. pcsx runs much smoother. With psx4m-gles the game still won't start. No segfault, just black blank screen.

since my full emmc flash psx4m wont create any settings in
home/user/.config/team16/psx4m
Can't save /home/user/.config/Team16/psx4m/default
some times when doing the individual config it will replace default with the rom name but say only 2 time out of 10

also on a side note just noticed there no option for save state slots no biggy just curious cheers

apologies! i added worms1 to the compatability list (poorly may i add, hit enter too early!) before i realised there were multiple pages and worms had already been put in (by someone more competent than myself!) please remove it if you have the time. sorry! :S

wait for next release from Notaz (git changelog) with better compatible and better speed ;-) For maemo users also fullscreen support and a lot of GPU and SPU options in config (near 15)

sorry bona should of said that more clearly the file path is there but there is no config files in the psx4m folder and every time i exit the emulator there configs are reset because it cant save them it doesnt make any config files

work's fine for me with pcsx, sound is very bad in brief( repeat 5 times each word), videos works (except opening before conami logo), with frameskip ntsc looks like full speed

try another rip of game, i think that ISO with 2352 sectors create such things =(

when I use command ./psx4m -runcd ,X-term still exist in this screen and emulator doesn't launch game!
but when I use command ./pcsx -cdfile ,emulator start the game in slow speed...
I still want run the game in normally speed and hope faster speed!!what wrong in my psx4m? :confused:

psx4m and\or pcsx can be incompatible with some games at all, different game version(translation or video\audio cutting), or with image format (ie ISO should contain 2352 sector, but a lot of apps will create ISO with other numbers of sectors so you should try
1) another game to make sure that you copy of psx4m is working (i promise it's 100% working)
2) another bios
3) another game version
4) another settings for game

at last it can be played close to normally speed after I overclock my device to be 1100Mhz and check HWA GPU in psx4m-gui..... :D

i think youl find that quiet a few games run a little to fast depending on settings and such lol can get to the 1 save point on ff7 in about 2 mins with pcsx-r

i am immensely impressed with what you have achieved here, i'm sure i'm not the only one who imagined the project was dead when smoku gave in but you have taken it further than possibly even he could have. mega kudos! i have a few small and hardly important things i've noticed though: :P

every time i restart the latest version of the gui, i have to go into configuration and save before it will play a game, dont need to change any settings though. is anyone else noticing this?

any chance you could make it override a silent profile? my phone is always on silent and i forget to turn it off to play games which need sound, also hate listening to sms tones etc once i've quit, switched to general and restarted.

compatibility with games is getting better all the time but sound is still beyond awful on many titles, i've tried messing with the new sound settings but i'm not hearing much improvement, is there anything else i can try or is there a possible fix in the pipeline?

perhaps you could include a help option with keys for the new options do? i keep switching out and looking up the webpage for usage when i forget what some of them are, would be easier having it in-app.

like i said all minor issues really, but i know u great devs jus love feedback! :P keep up the great work man its hugely appreciated!

festivalnut: start from x-term(bugs section), i think that you have wrong permissions\ownership to config folder; gui bug - always set default bios as schp1001.bin (if present in bios folder); tap title and set default settings (if with permission and ownership all is ok), it should solve problem (if not read previous page about fixing permissions\ownership)

i don't know any solution, psx4m\pcsx doesn't have any kind of volume control so it use default settings ( you can write script that will modify alsa settings and start psx4m-gui after, or switching profile via d-bus call )

only wait new releases... sometimes OC and hwa gpu can help

i think about it, but i'm so lazy =) actually i have some ideas about multi-language gui, so any help with translation current options will be good ;-)

bonapart this really awesome. Gran Turismo 2 works amazing. :D I've just updated in Compatibly list. I've driven a few race in just about full speed (oc to 1100 Mhz) and finished the B-Licence.
The next amazing step would be GT 2 working with psx4m-gles for better graphics.
Thank you very much for your hard work bonapart. I'm lookg forward to the next update.

I`ll but my knowledge about description is poor and i don`t know how to copy descriptions to any programs :/ so i can help only that no more :( or with testing but nothing else ;( or i can give any ideas or somethings
