I had tried that too and didn't work either. Do I have to enable repositories for this to work?

yes. try to enable the extras repo first. if there is still problem, enable the extras-testing. if still problem too, extras-devel

how about this report I got:

libqt4-declarative is already the newest version.
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kasvopus: Depends: libqt4-declarative (>= 4.7.4~git20110516) but 4.7.0~git20100909-0maemo1+0m5 is to be installed
Depends: libqt4-opengl (>= 4.7.4~git20110516) but 4.7.0~git20100909-0maemo1+0m5 is to be installed
Depends: libqtcore4 (>= 4.7.4~git20110516) but it is not installable

everytime I try to install one of the dependent packages I get the same error.

why can't I login to Kasvopus? I've just install it again and it shows me "Error Facebook API returned 400..". I tap more and then Logout, then it shows me login screen but do not accept my user name and password. I don't have Kasvopus in appl setting in fb.

download it from here http://projects.developer.nokia.com/...s/downloads/17 and transfer it to your phone than install it with the app manager

I get the same problem as rmarcus:

/home/user # apt-get install libqtm-11-declarative

I also have CSSu v16.8 installed but no dice, 1.2.2 won't install with the same error.
