i realised that the touch screen for the dpads is not calibrated properly... it's as though the axis is inverted but NOT entirely.... it's just not right

This is bullcrap, I keep getting errors when installing games.
example:
Asphalt5:
Failed! can't create directory /home/user/MyDocs/Asphalt5

I suspect your drive /home/user/Mydocs has errors... Thus the N900 makes the drive READ-ONLY. Easiest thing to do is to connect the N900 to Windows (via USB as Mass Storage) then get Windows to check the drives for errors and auto-fix them... :cool:

There is not error with my eMMC. I scanned it and nothing found. It's not the eMMC it's the Manager is bung. I'm using version 6

Seems like the Manager cannot write to home/user. I chmod the folder to inherit the user 29999 and it write the game to it. So first thing to do is to make home/user/Games accessible by normal user mode.

you can gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/Assassins/enable_dpad 1
but it not Walk and Run

hmmm.... yeah... enabling the dpad makes it face the direction but not walk nor run

hey guys ! i installed angry birds rio via manager (wgames) but when i open it just crashes, ..... but when i install it via .deb file , it works fine ... pls help !!

when i extract the rar there is no files inside just images
