i have not used catorise but i had my own Games folder in menu so this is what you need

[game icon].desktop files used by webOS manager are located at /home/user/.local/share/applications/hildon/

leafpad /etc/xdg/menus/hildon.menu to access the menu file. Edit it to put appropriate .desktop file tag in appropriate folder tag. thats it ~

Is there know way to play this under WebOS rather than the icon that is provided after installation via the deb file?

Easy Instalation Tutorial:
1- download link of the WebOsDRIVER game.Then download it.
2- conect the N900 to the PC and choose the mass memory.
3- Copy the driver.deb that you have dowloaded to the root of the N900. (just open the N900 mass memory and copy there out of any folder).
4- Disconect the N900 from the PC.
5- If you dont have it already instal rootsh from the repositories. if you have it already go to step 6.
6- If you have already installed the Preenv app go to step 7 now. If you dont have it already install the Preenv app. open the x-term and insert the following commands:

sudo gainroot
apt-get install preenv

-It’ll ask you if you wish to continue (Y/n) type Y and hit ENTER;

7- open the x-term and insert the following commands:

sudo gainroot
preenv
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i driver.deb

8- exit the x-term and reboot your n900.

Thats it! You have now installed the full version of DRIVER game in your N900
Have Fun
To Uninstall it just remove in the app manager just like you woukd remove any other app.

Cheers - all ok until I get to the above paoint - works until dpkg part - states no such file or directory??

The deb folder is still in my root though - does it need to be renamed to the above?

yes you have to rename it to driver.deb

then you put the command

dpkg -i driver.deb

I have done this

x Terminal then states:

unpacking replacement com-gameloft-driver
setting up com--gameloft-driver
processing triggers for catorise

Then a load of hash symbols appear ended by /home/user/MyDocs

I exit and reboot my phone, however when I enter WebOS Manager, the game Driver is now not showing in the list of installed games (was showing previously - but not as installed) now it's just a blank space, no info on the game - no picture of it.

What i did was:
1. Download the .deb file
2. go to folder where downloaded it and click the driver.deb
3. application manager starts and install the game
5. Game appear in applist like all other apps, it wont find in WebOS manager.

I also download those keyboard mapping files, easier to play with keyboard.
