My mediaplayer gets the metadata from MAFW, this to be more specific

If you're setting something else, then it's not going to show up.

I just add new file with special name (album-<md5>-<md5>.jpeg) to ~/.cache/media-art

UPDATE:
my hosting provider temporary locked my account, so somecover doesn't work.
Tomorrow I'll move my server scripts to another hosting.

thank you for the info!
will you add covers just for band/groups, i have some songs which donest have the albu, plus some wihch are remixes and i will like them to have some sort of cover.
