Has anyone got an idea for an app that I could steal to develop in QT?

Few ideas that i would love to see on my N900 !
1) N900 used as a scanner - can be used as a proper scanning device and not like the FrontView app available right now
2) Video calling using 3G (without gtalk/skype)
3) Super Battery Life for N900 by installing some PowerSave App, thats smart enough to consume required amt of battery
4) 3D Desktop Icons which can/might animate too
5) Can be used as a projector by using N900 Flashlight. Would love to have this feature on my phone wherein i can project my current screen on a wall and would be easy to view if multiple people want to see the screen
6) much better camera that can take great pics in low light (night time too)

I can go on and on..... :)

Ah, there it is listed! :) Great! I already wondered if you have received my donation or not. No Announcement over here and I'm unable to check myself before Easter. ;)
My mate thought already you took the Money and spent a great time at Tampere... :D
I hope you have enjoyed the summit anyhow! :)

I'm getting an email notification for every donation made via PayPal, but not via money transfer. Therefore the delay, I simply haven't logged into my online banking since then...

hehe, yeah, I spent a great time in Tampere! Not with your money though.. This time it was Intels money.. ;)
Last year everyone thought I'm away to Spain with all the money.. :D

Great news on the submission site going live Cosimo! :)

To top up the prizes, I'd also like to donate a programming development book to the winner of the beginner's competition. i had a quick glance at Amazon.co.uk and I'll offer the winner a choice between these two books:

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...500_AA300_.jpg or http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...500_AA300_.jpg

The winner can choose which one they'd prefer and I'll order it to be posted to them :)

.edit up again.

btw. I hope that you have enough bandwith for server because when people from this forum and meego forum +facebook+twitter start loading page and submitting apps + screenshots I would not be suprised if there is quite amount of traffic.

I recommend to webdesigner to choose 1 main color and then just use color scheme designers:

http://colorblender.com/
