unfortunatly , i still have this problem .
and i had decided to make a thread about it till i saw your thread .
maybe it is related to our countries ? ( i live in iran )

1. Just remoe all installed cataloges ( repositories )

2. open xterm and type

Code:
sudo gainroot
tracker-processes -r
apt-get autoremove
apt-get clean
3. Turn off ur phone
4. Remove battery wait for few seconds
5. Put it back and turn ur phone on
6. Re-add ur repositories and make sure they r enabled in application manager
7. open xterm and type
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get update
give it a try and tell me what u get
