it's scary how dependent i've become on the qml version. i'm begining to think my n900 is just a support system for qmltube now.

No, it's not available yet. It could still pass QA tonight, but I think it will be early next week.

evidently i was still using qmltube 1.1.1, which had a slightly more compact layout.

Both versions on the N900 have been fixed. You'll need to have extras-testing repository enabled to get the updates.

in cutetube x-tube is working fine but in qmltube.....xtube is not searching anything...why??????
