I just use the call divert in Maemo to divert calls to another mobile when using Nitdroid..just reject call in nitdroid and the other mobile will ring :-)

@e-yes
The latest method in wiki for N11 doesn't seem to be working for MMC installation..
I've followed everything correctly, i used your kernel (the latest, not mido's) double check the multiboot file, but there's not android file at all in my mmc..
Is it the N11?

You just need to download it and copy it to /home/system/app (using filebox)

I did not do anything, but I did not get a 3G signal in my Nitdroid. But if I move or boot back into my maemo 3G signal very well.

Indeed he should have worked with otomatis.tapi why I do not work with 3G.
Is it only me who experienced this, or are there others? Thank you for the answer.

I don't do anything. Why I'm hungry?

Setup your APN in Settings.

E-yes.. thank you very much.. the NIITdroid has brought a new lease of life for my N900 ..
I have few qureies though:
Previous:
Kernel power v46 with CSSU updates

Now, after installing the NIITDriod N11, the kernel power has gone and the default PR1.3 has come back.. so, how do bring my PR1.3 to kernel power v47 (pali version) without loosing the NITdriod setup and multiboot..

please help me here .. Thanks in advance.

Is it the N11?

Bump
Is there supposed to be no android files at all in mmc?
If so whats the difference between emmc & mmc?

glad that helped.

I am a novice at maemo/linux so cannot really help with that. sorry. however, i do believe that the sd card android is scanning is your internal memory and not the external memory card.

someone more knowledgeable can hopefully help.

Thanks for the advice but after installing the meridian player it still would not find my sd card.

I can see my sd card when i boot into maemo but not on nitdroid.

previously when sd card was inserted(i installed N11 without sd card plugged in) it would not boot so i used the edit function mmcblk0p2 to mmcblk1p2 to get it to boot and see my sd card in mameo but no luck with droid seeing it....any further help would be appreciated.

Re: [Release] Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 -- N11 "Vostok"

Market is working. I didn't do any extra moves. If you start the Android Market, it tells you that there are no apps. BUT if you use the search, you'll find the apps.. but I think it doesn't show all apps. For example the search doesn't find the "Facebook for android" app.

Or if you want lots of apps read thru all the posts and you will see a few posts suggesting alternative ways.

@Alfred
Wipe /data/dalvik-cache. If it doesn't help - wipe entire /data directory.

Thanks for help but i already soved it by deleting SPB Mobile 5. although it does reboot from time to time. If i do what you have said would i lose anything? now another problem downloading is really slow, did you also fix the WPA2 issue? Maybe i should switch my router back to normal and that could somehow increase the speed.

well in my case setcpu widget showed 49 deg (C)
when overclocked 500-900
then it started showing -40 (? lol ?)
but.. booting to maemo did not solve this! - qcpufreq saying unknown
until today morning - maemo showing now 30 deg

btw - it does reboot from time to time - due to high load i believe (running NFS shift e.g)

still - excellent work sir!

Re: [Release] Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 -- N11 "Vostok"

if someone of Nitdroid Team (i.e. e-yes) will overwrite nitroid.manifest @ http://downloads.nitdroid.com/nitinstaller/ with this

Code:

#
# Manifest file for NITDroid
#

# Root filesystem tar balls
rootfs                http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/N11_Vostok.tar.bz2                        5dc990b8c4a79f4b0c348da53ae4849b
rootfs                http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/N11_market_fix.tar.bz2                3ab71a59fe9452f3ddc16f63750c659d
rootfs                http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/ofono047_oril008.tar.bz2        c1c2d605c46b7544cd286c41b8cd9e8b

# Deb packages
package                http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/nitdroid-kernel-2.6.28-06_final1_armel.deb        23764ad91ff5c2094cf1ef70f40d3330

# End.

will be possible to use nitdroid-installer to install N11 Vostok (on MicroSD)
