mece, thanks for this nice app.
one question, how to change the property of each windows, such as refresh time, and notify indicator?

Thanks for the great app.

One suggestion (might have already been mentioned)..is there any way to make the notification windows combine? Khweeteur will show something like "20 new tweets" and then, if you don't check it, the next time it updates it will update that window to "42 new tweets" or whatever. Just wondering if it can just keep using one window instead of multiple ones popping up.

Tested this Application yesterday. And I must say, I'm really impressed! :)

I've only some things missing... perhaps the developer likes to add those:
  • sometimes I would like to see the age of a tweet instead of the posting time - only a minor problem, I favor how it's actually displayed. But perhaps a setting to see the other view would be nice
  • I would like to see my own favourite List - is there a way? Haven't seen this feature so far
  • I would like to mark a tweet as favourite to find it later again - is this possible?
  • already favourited tweets should be shown a little bit different in the list (with a small star at example)

Sorry if someone has already asked for this features. :)

Thanks a lot mece for this great application!

I haven't used favorites in twitter so I haven't considered that, but I think adding a "favorite this tweet" button should be fairly trivial. I have to check the favorites list thing. I think I could add that as a column option. The star bit should be the simplest one to implement of those. I'll look into it. Thanks for the feedback and ideas :)

Yeah I want that too. I got stuck on something when trying to fix it so I've been ignoring the problem lately. It's more fun to implement new features. It shall be fixed one day though.

My use case for the favourites is to read tweets on the go and as soon as I see something interesting that needs more reading I favourite the tweet and later I open twitter at my desktop or tablet and go thru the favourite list. (it's more comfortable to read long texts at home) :)

It's for me more like a "I read this later" marker. ;)

authentication has always been over https, the thing that changed is that the home, mentions, dm and user columns now come over https.

the username, password are stored in an sqlite database. you can remove them by typing a nonsense login in the login dialog when going to tinfoil hat mode.
