maemo.org - Talk - Official: 4.2007.26-8 Firmware Problems & Fixes

Hello everyone.

Skype: Contacts and Log screens are and stay black, dial screen ok.

Opera: No secure connections, so no installs from maemo.org! (w/ SSL2 enabled)

These are my problems, maybe somebody 'shares' :-/

EDIT: Found the https issue thread (mistyped in search, sorry)... But still not better with time settings, forwarding enabled.

There was any earlier post that gpesummary .60 worked OK. I installed it (,60), and it works fine.

It appears that the mail program is not automatically retrieving my messages. I even sent myself a test message. Not a peep from mail. I don't want to use claws mail for everything.

pb with opening such websites as ITT website and and youtube disappeared. Mysteriously.

Problem: Evince no longer recognizes .cbr files. I tried updating mime-database as described here, but what worked a week ago doesn't work with the new upgrade. :confused: Unrar & unzip are installed. Can someone help?

I use a secure site to connect to wireless in downtown toronto my device can hardly retain a connection and when I am trying to download anything I am getting error after error.

Minimo now crashes again when I try to download anything. I was not able to view the live earth concert and videos are still not displaying on CNN

Can't install the Vista theme as stated previously and have had many other issues I just can't be bothered mentioning

Who in the hell do you hire Nokia for beta testing, how big is your team of testers? Like 1? or what? Is this a Joke release? it's not April fools day
