For me Enhanced Lockscreen uses. 10mb of RAM and 42mb of VM.

any one else noticed that when u use the slide lock, it lags a bit and shows the lock screen but dissapears? with the power button its fine but when u slide the sliding lock, it gets messy

It works, but isn't really great yet. Still the old lock screen sometimes pops up and thereafter the new lock. I set an alarm in the morning, but got trouble with pressing the stop button. Hence I removed the lockscreen again, unfortunately.

I too have noticed this.

There also appears to be a problem when I restart the desktop via Transition Control. The desktop restarts but the lockscreen will remain on screen and there is no way of recovering normal functions without a hard reboot.

not the lockscreen but only it's wallpaper remain on the screen when i use OPTIMIZE N900 , then what i do is , use the slider lock and lock the screen and then again use the slider to unlock everything comes back to normal .

me too, everytime I had a call all I could see was only lockscreen and I had to move right-side button twice or tripple to see the call screen

Eh, why? Because he is working on many other projects? Because he doesn't answer about silly question about when next update is coming or when <insert some cool stuff here> will arrive? Do some programing and help him out instead of being ungrateful ALL the time, accept when a update is coming. Please.

ooooooo bug of , i only said that beause it looks like no one figured out how to get notifications on the lockscreen, but Mag did the impossible before :D

I installed the one from extra-devel and when I get phone call the lock screen came on and almost missed my call. I had to use the slide lock a few times to get to the Phone app.

Very good looking lock screen indeed!

I also think it's better to keep it simple than to add a **** load of stuff that's not really needed. Personally I think a huge clock + info on missed calls/unread messages is all that's really needed. If I need more information I'll just unlock it.

Unfortunately I'm having problems receiving calls using the program so I'll leave it until next version which hopefully solves this problem. Missing calls all the time is not an option I'm afraid ;)

I am sure I am doing something wrong since the image doesn't change but I don't know what :(

I got the enhanced-lockscreen.conf Modified open but I am not sure how to take it from there... :D

/path/to/image means for example you have your image in /home/user/MyDocs with the name example.jpg

so the command will be .

[main]
background-url=/home/user/MyDocs/example.jpg

When you type "nano .config/MohammadAG/enhanced-lockscreen.conf", this will create a file called enhanced-lockscreen.conf. You should be in your home directory (/home/user/) when you type this command. Instead of nano you can use leafpad which worked fine for me.
An empty document (newly created and named enhanced-lockscreen.conf) will open. In there you type:

[main]
background-url=/correctpathtothepictureyouwant/

And then you save, type "killall enhanced-lockscreen" as root. And then you type "enhanced-lockscreen". Then the image should appear :)

Remember that the pathway in the conf-file should be from the root directory. E.g "/home/user/MyDocs/.images/picture.jpg" if your picture is stored in the pictures folder :)

If you ever find yourself in nano again remember this

Ctrl + x = Exit what you're working and be prompted to save
Ctrl + o = save without exiting

then you'll be on your way to laughing at people not using ed. Bwhahahah

Now I can only see .config/blablabla, but are you sure you started nano in the right place? /home/.user that is.
You can try this to be sure:
nano /home/.user/.config/MohammadAG/enhanced-lockscreen.conf. What happens if you try to create that file before starting nano? It should not matter but who know, also, do you have the MohammadAG folder in .config?

touch /home/.user/.config/MohammadAG/enhanced-lockscreen.conf
